Rag & Bone, UO, Free People, The Reformation

Who's ready for the weekend? I will be working for the most part but I am happy it'll be the weekend nonetheless. To get you all started with some rad vibes this Friday the moodboard has some easy tips and pieces that are basics and part of mostly anyone's wardrobe already.

This week I really wanted to show off my favorite fall tone which is the burgundy/maroon color. I think that it looks amazing on a variety of skin tones, and it's pretty easy to assemble outfits with it too. The burgundy leggings are the center of attention for this look so the other pieces are either a neutral tone or black, which you can never go wrong with honestly. Flat top/rimmed hats are also a huge trend this year and they are quite versatile with most looks so if you don't have one but want to get one there's plenty of deals around so shop smartly for them because plenty of brands look very similar so there's no need to spend hundreds of dollars on it.

The Reformation top has a beautiful neutral tone and I enjoy seeing crop tops that aren't tight all the time especially if you're already wearing leggings or a bottom that brings attention to your waistline giving yourself some dimension with a flowy top or oversized sweater won't hurt. Since it is fall and it's beginning to get cooler layering pieces are also great for these types of looks. The mules/clogs by FreePeople are a recent favorite of mine, I tried them on at the MOA store and they're so comfortable to wear!

Keep in mind that I don't do these just for the purpose of people buying the pieces that I show on the pictures, trust me I don't even own half the items I pick for the weekly moodboards myself but I assemble them to help give advice and styling tips with pieces that resemble something people tend to own already or looks that are easy to duplicate. The link to shop or look at the items in the picture above are below as well as the shoppable cart on Mavatar with plenty of burgundy colored pieces like the Rag & Bone leggings, have a rad weekend everyone!
