Our skin is the biggest organ we have so it's important to take care of it properly. These are my favorite go-to sunscreen products for everyday use our outside activities such as running, biking, and going to the beach.
I found this product early this summer and I have loved it since. It's very light, and easy to use. You literally just glide it over your skin or you can use your fingers to blend it better as well. The one thing about sunscreen that I don't like is that it can get very oily or too thick so you walk around waiting for your skin to breakout, or with white streaks everywhere. That's not the look I am going for and if you're with me then this baby should be your next sunscreen purchase because it's very light, sheer and has a matte finish. It's also very compact in size, so it can easily be placed in any purse for daily and on the go use. I even use it under my makeup for daily protection.
The Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen's are the products that I use religiously for my body during the summer. Keep in mind that I am from Central America, and have a fair-medium skin tone depending on how much I get to go tanning during the summer. I don't burn but I do tan easily. Their Sport line of products works really well towards achieving a good tan while keeping your skin protected specially if you're going to be in/out of the water. This product is water resistant for up to 80 mins. and it won't leave your skin feeling sticky due to its lightweight properties. This one only comes in SPF 15/30.
Everyone's skin is a bit different so if you're looking for a higher SPF then I recommend this other HT product. It ranges from SPF 15/30/50 giving you a few options depending on how sensitive your skin may be. This one has the same qualities as the Island Sport in that it is lightweight, and has a non-oily or greasy feel on the skin. Now if you need a much higher SPF then I recommend looking at the Neutrogena Body Mist sunscreen offering 100+ SPF which makes it a hardcore sunscreen.
Skin cancer can affect anyone so making sure you use the correct SPF is key to helping your skin stay healthy, both for your body and face.
